A dark winter beer brewed with a varied selection of malts and hops to achieve a full bodied taste. An addition of a secret blend of spices completes this warming spicy porter.

Gravity, Leicester 2011. Mahogany with a beige halo. Overtly curry-like nose over compost, burnt malt and liquorice. Roasted, not hot but certainly curry-like with an enigmatic flourish of spices that may include ginger, fenugreek, fennel seed.... a nip of chilli heat? I’ve honestly no idea. Roots, earth, roasted veg, burnt toast finish. Strange, alluring stuff.
