Bollington Brewing Co. are honoured to have been asked to brew one of the anniversary beers for Stockport and South Manchester CAMRA magazine Opening Times. Spring Times is available at various outlets throughout South Manchester and Cheshire and we also be on during our Easter Beer FestiVale.

RBESG Sheffield 2009. Handpump at The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival, Huddersfield. Clear (dark) amber colour, creamy off white head. Aroma of English hops and caramel, really nice. Flavour is malty, toffee, hoppy, creamy. No carbonation, bit thin, but nice.

Cask (handpump) @ The Star Inn, Huddersfield, England. @ [ The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival ]. copper color with a nice head. Flowery hops aroma and some unidentified fruit, hints of caramel too. Taste is quite boring. Dry hoppy.

Pours a nice, clear brown with a fine, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has toasted caramel, light milky chocolate and some flowery hops. Low carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is pretty dry, chocolate, grainy sweetness and some good hoppiness. Quite drinkable.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, nutty, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090716]
