Cask conditioned at Moreton in Marsh Beer Fest ’12. Yellow gold with white head. There is an initial grainy, maltiness, tasting a little raw, this is then improved with a light citrus hoppiness. There is an underlying leafy note. Fairly pleasant overall though.

Cask at The Vale Inn, Bollington. Clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet, hoppy and slightly floral. Flavour is similar. Low carbonation. Never going to be rated too high by me, just not really my thing but certainly pleasant enough and drinkable.
