COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Hopfenextrakt. Alk. 4,9 % vol.

Bottle from the Bierkoning. Clear brown, no head. Aroma is really toasty, toasted bread, caramel. Taste is sweet, toasty, very light caramel, really really bready malt. Palate is med bodied with light carbonation. Too heavy on the toasted malt I think, this is not so easy drinking.

50cl bottle pours with a clear amber body that has thin copper edges and supports a dirty white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The mild aroma offers up light malty notes, dry nuttiness and then faint grainy malts. The taste begins with thin layers of malts and caramel malts that head softly into a dash of nuttiness. It dries out a bit to midway as a light amount of earthy and spicy hops are noticed. It gets a bit of a metallic note from time to time which isn’t improving the experience. It ends with the addition of a mineral sensation as well as some faint sweet dark fruity esters. Decent
