(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of barnyard and grass, with hints of manure, popcorn, lightly roasted malts and toffee. flavour is mostly the same, very rustic, with a slightly grainy, minerally herbal hop finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

So, nun braut die älteste Altbierbrauerei der Welt auch ein obergäriges Helles. Die Schaumkrone hält mittelmäßig, es riecht ausgewogen malzig. Im Geschmack ist es malzig und etwas wässrig, zum Nachgeschmack hin wird es leicht herb. Eher unspektakuläres aber trinkbares Bier, das schon etwas an Kölsch erinnert.... Fazit: Mild aber gut trinkbar!

(Flasche) Es hat eine goldgelbe, filtrierte Farbe mit einer weißen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist süß mit einer leichten Note vom Gemüse im Kopf. Der Geschmack ist wie das Aroma, nur recht schlank. Bittere kommt im Abgang, aber nicht sehr stark. Die Karbonisierung passt. Zusammengefasst; weder positiv nich negatig.

Laffer Getreideantrunk, wässrig. Der Mittelteil ist zudem hohl und muffig, etwas bitter. Weiter wässrig, zu keinem Zeitpunkt in irgendeiner Form attraktiv. Metallerner Abgang. Schlecht! 7/5/5/4/9/4

[ Trade by Gabrie ]. Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, hay, dusty, keller, bread notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101016]

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden coloured effervescent hue with a big and dense foamy white head. Slightly doughy and grainy malty aroma with grassy and slightly metallic hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp mouthfeel. Soft malty, slightly chalky and strawy taste with grassy hops; dry and bitter hoppy, slightly grassy finish.
