Shady orange color with hazy yeast, fluffy white head. Fresh citrus like scent, mixed with yeast. Sweet malty and apricot taste. A bit spicy aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Hazy pale golden colour. Rich cottony head - a beauty to look at! Big fruity, citric aroma with suggestioons of maderization. Good old phenols in flavour, with canned ham and metal. Bit papery bitter. Bottled past best before-date.

Apr 15, 2008 bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, large head. Fruity and yeasty with hoppy-bitter hints, slightly fruity.

Apr 4, 2008 Bottle. Wheat malt, lemon, banana aroma - light hint of white pepper. Cloudy yellow-amber with moderate head. Strong wheat malt flavor with hint of clove and lemon. Very nice - excellent malt flavor.

Feb 9, 2008 Bottle, 5.4%. Yeasty, citric aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour is quite spicy with fresh pepper and other notes uncommon in wheat beer. Nice yeast flavour like from white bread. A nicely rustic beer, not a typical Weizen, but good.
