Bottle shared at Bruce’s 30th Birthday Bash - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Thanks to Ian for a bit more Biere de Garde! Pours lightly fuzzy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Doughy malt nose. Dry pale malts in the flavor, light cereal and dough, some white sugar. Medium bodied with high, massaging carbonation. Light to medium sweet finish with dry dough and hay. OK.

Bruce’s Birthday Bash at the Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Ian for this one. Very hazy gold amber beer, decent white head. Very light palate. A little sulphur streak, not much. Light seltzer minerals. Light air finish, semi dry. Okay if something of a fresh air beer.

Bottle @ Bruce’s birthday tasting. Cheers to Ian for bringing this back from Franceshire. The pour’s deep gold with a small head. The nose is bretty, farmhouse yeast, a bit of gingerbread, some corn husk and golden apple. The taste is the same. White grape, a bit of apple, some gingerbread cookie and farmhouse yeast. Quite fizzy, light body. Overall, decent, nothing too crazy.

Bottle at Bruce’s 30th celebrations, 08/02/13, thanks to Ian. Hazed pale yellow/blonde with a thin white head. Nose is grass, yeast, farm, spice, light funk, fruits. Taste comprises citrus, lemon, grass, yeast, orange, spices. Medium bodied but way over carbonated, not often the palate score drops below 3, dry in the finish. Ok.

A light misty greenish yellow body with big bubbly, active head. Floral hops, light farmhouse yeast, hints of acidity, pilsner malts. A refreshing light aroma. Heavily carbonated, but quite nice, mouth filling. Light bitterness, well drinkable and quite refreshing. Not brutally hopped, but enough flavour to make this brew work for sure. A very good, thirst quenching brew. Well made. (75cl bottle from Biere Revolution)
