on tap at Pivovarsky Klub Praha. Amber colour, cloudy, large and stable head. Intensively fruity and yeasty aroma. Very intensive flavour, really impressive. I’ve never tasted a Hefeweizen tasting as intensive as this one. Very fruity and malty, nearly no hops detectable at all. A fascinating and unusual brew.

on tap at pivovarsky klub. big banana aroma, murky amber with a llarge head that died quickly. alas the whole flavour was rancid, it must have turned in the few days between the other raters’ visits and mine. stale popcorn, compost nastiness. i tried explaining to the bar dude that it was infected and he told me that it was just that it had different hops and i gave up

slimchill (980) - Austin, Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2007
Draught. Sweet nose, light fruit notes- apple, grape, cherry, orange- followed by sweet not-quite-caramel malts. Cloudy orange with active carbonation and no head. Good depth to the flavor, sweet with a touch of alcohol in the middle and a slightly sour finish. Creamy, but slightly cloying palate. Really enjoyable.

On tap at the Pivovarsky Klub, Prague: Deep golden to orangey, small, quite quchly vanishing fluffy head, mederate to stronger fruity yeasty nose with distinctive traces of lemons and oranges, wheat detectable, quite sweet flavour, medium bodied, soft MF, sweet-wheaty and fruity finish. Even though located on the sweet side, a rather complex and tasty bohemian Weissbier........
