This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!

UPDATED: SEP 27, 2015 32 oz growler from Bobs. Enjoyed it so much on Friday that i grabbed another on Saturday, and filled it again yesterday. Tonight I’ll likely do the same. Slightly hazy pale amber pour with creamy white head, great retention and lacing. Aroma is full bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is fresh and juicy, hop-driven with restrained bitterness, underpinned by lean bread/cracker malt backdrop. Light body, oily texture, unbelievably refreshing. I could drink this by the gallon. Damn this is delicious.

update: I’ve crushed so many growlers of this, and I’m hitting another one right now. It’s as close to my perfect American pale ale as I’ve found. I’m bumping it even higher than the previous 4.2, because it deserves it.
