COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!

On tap at Boneyard. LOVE the nose on this one. All sorts of pineapple grapefruit and pine going on. Even cantaloupe. Delicious bitter finish, tastes like more than 40 IBUs to me. A great West coast style pale ale in my opinion. Surprisingly smooth and satisfying for this hophead as a plain old session pale ale. I would drink this everyday if I could. Wow.

On tap at my house - Copper color with a frothy white head. Strong floral hops aroma. Much more than I would expect with a pale ale. Smooth with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Very nice beer. Interestingly, I have Bridgeport IPA on tap right next to it, and I would argue this has a stronger hop aroma and flavor. Oh, how things have changed over the last 20 years or so.

Tap @ The BeeMongers... Poured amber/golden with a white head. Citrusy, spiced, piney hops. Not resinous or alpha bitter forward. Crisp, some burnt sugar gains and a clean finish.

On tap @ Boneyard. Golden yellow with a thick, foamy, white head. Big hop aroma of citrus, pine, flowers and very light cereal malt. Flavor is full of floral and citrus hops and pretty bitter with a firm malt presence for balance. Medium to light body with average carbonation and a very clean, dry, bitter finish. Great session Pale, the bitterness is perfect for my palate and makes this very drinkable.
