COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden-to-straw in color, this BPA combines the delicious aromas and flavors of a Belgian Pale Ale with American hop varietals (Citra, Cascade, Centennial). Spicy and phenolic characteristics from Belgian yeast collide with tropical fruit and citrus from American hops. Toasty malt overtones.

Draught. Poured clear orange with a medium white head. Floral aroma. Rather like a dubbel. Full bodied with a hop edge and finish shows it is an IPA. Worth drinking if you find it on a tap

Tap @ Fifteenth Ave. Hophouse... Poured hazy, golden/orange with a white head. Nose had some hop character with Belgian yeast spices. Tasted mildly bitter, but otherwise easy going and balanced. Tame for a Boneyard Pale. I think the Belgian yeast added a lot of complexity like spice and esters that really hid the citrus notes of the hops. Still nice though.

On tap at Bailey’s Taproom, pours a pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of pale malts and metallic notes – pretty light. Flavour of Belgian yeast, floral notes and some woody notes. Drinks easy and inoffensive, but pretty boring. Decent.
