Tap at Apex, my first beer ever at this beer bar. Vibrant red pour with a fluffy white head. Slight notes of diacetyl on top of nice citrus, pine and wood notes plus quite a bit of caramel candy corn sweetness. Decent beer, but not one of my favorites so far from these guys.

Clear red ale with off white foam. Breadth aroma with low hop character. Body is biscuits, nuts, and caramel. Very smooth and lighter than expected. Finishes clean.

Amber in color clear with a thin head. Nice malt easy drinking red ale very good finish thirst quenching.

Plenty of red to this ’amber’ and a creamy head too. Plenty of fruity malt on the nose. This is really a nut and cereal fueled beer with a dominant blackberry fruit character. The bitterness is surprisingly minimal and On the verge of being to little (which is obviously a surprise from these lads.) a good strong body and cocoa powder feel to it.

Draft at hudson. Pours a cloudy brown with a loose tan head. Mild sweet brown bread nose. Creamy medium body with mild carb. Toast caramel and nuts on the mid palate. Mild finish. Clean and drinkable.

On tap at Noble Fir. Pretty blah. I tried to pawn it off on my girlfriend about halfway through. Dark red color. very malty and a moderate hoppiness. Full bodied and just wasn’t doing it for me. Reminiscent of Ninkasi Believer

Tap @ Apex... Poured deep reddish with an off-white head. Quite hoppy with earth, wood-like and pine tones. Quite a bit of sweetness and candied malt flavors. Lightly grassy and herbal.
