Tap at Clyde Common in Portland. Clear copper pour. Floral but deeply resinous hop aroma. Taste is rich floral resin hops - bigger maltier than an SD-style IPA but in a similar vein. Delicious. Rich palate with good carbonation. Really great DIPA.

Growlette from Growl Movement. Pours a clear dark amber color with a very light amount of foam on top. Strong sticky sugary hop nose. Very highly hopped nose. Sweet and hoppy up front. Lots of hops with a sort of a dark fruit character to it. Quite sweet throughout with a lot of sweetness. Reminds me more of a hoppy barley wine or ASA. Tasty though.

Pour from a crowler from Growler Guys in Bend. Clear Amber pour with a nice white head, just slight lacing. Beautifully balanced hoppy beer. Pine and citrus nose. Big bold hoppy beer with a strong malt backbone. Low bitterness balancing the sweetness in the finish. Epic PNW DIPA.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of bread, citrus, pine and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of bread, grapefruit and light pine with a smooth dry bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours golden with a small offwhite head that doesnät leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with biscuits, grapefruit juice, mango, papaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles and elmon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, tiny malty and fruity. Mouthfeel ie round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with biscuits, grapefruit, mango, payaya, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and hints of butter. Fair but unspectacular...

Has the same hop profile as the other boneyards so far, but this has more pepperiness. Pretty standard west coast IPA, but it’s not inspiring me. A bit sticky and stodgy. This is the kind of IPA I don’t get, there are too many of the APA aspects to it. (i.e. the yeast/malt profile).
