On tap. Pours an orange amber color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is big grapefruit, citrus, pine resin, and cookie dough malt. Flavor is grapefruit, tangerine, pine resin, blood orange, and caramel. On the palate the beer is medium bodied with generous carbonation. Finishes dry with no hints of alcohol. Excellent IPA, balanced and very tasty.

Dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is orange, peach, pine, caramel and grapefruit. Taste is sweet and medium bitter with peach, resin, caramel notes and pine. Bitter finish with pine and grass, slight sweet fruitiness. Medium bodied, average carbonation.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small offwhite head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with caramel, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, black pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, tiny malty and fruity. Mouthfeel is round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with caramel, rye bread, grapefruit, mango, moist grass, pine needles, black pepper corns and lemon zest. Solid tasty beer with nicely fruity hops and solid peppery malts.

Tap at Brouwer’s cafe. Pours dark gold, lots of head and lots of lacing. Nose is sweet, some grapefruit. Flavours are dank, greapefruit with some sweet syrup in the background. Tastes big bitter, light sweet. Fully body with lively carbonation. Nice beer.
