Golden amber body with a tall, bubbly head. Pungent grapefruit bite upfront with rich floral character. Moderate caramel sweetness highlighting a silky smooth toasted bread malt backbone. Citrus dominates with light pine notes and fresh fruit hints. There is something special about the water in Bend that produces such great IPAs.

On tap at Suds in Corvallis. Looks pretty light for an IPA, but has an intense floral dry-hopped character. The flavor has the pleasant sort of bitterness somewhat akin to a lightly oxidized oolong. Little to no pine flavor. Some citrus. The beer is somewhat on the thin side for an IPA, but overall this is my favorite warm-weather IPA.

My first review will be for my favorite IPA to date. Like at first sniff, love at first sip. The hoppy nose, the citrus grapefruit notes, the way it coats your mouth with delicious hops fruit flavors with just the right amount of maltiness and bitterness ...this beer is fantastic.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 yellow session. Nice golden coloured our with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is sticky resinous hops, citrus, tropical fruits, mango and lychee. Flavour is crisp and dry malts, citrus, resin, slight earthy orange peel in the finish. Very nice fresah hop flavours and aroma. Palate is eddervescent on the tongue, nice dry finish and slight resin on the tongue.
