Hazy light orange pour with a thin white head. Big grapefruit aroma followed by lemon. Big bodied crisp flavor filled with northwest goodness. Slightly sweet but with a dry finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden color with minimal head. Hoppy aroma with the perfectly balanced taste. An excellent IPA. One of the best I have had.

On tap at the brewery in Bend, OR. Pours dark orange with a light white head. Citrus and piney hop aroma with a touch of pineapple. Nice well-balanced flavor with an assertive hop bitterness. Very nicely done.

On tap at Brouwer’s. Not sure this one lives up to some of these ratings. Orange pour, with a smallish head, and a nose that’s certainly hop-forward, but doesn’t give much of a fresh punch. They’re right on in citing tropical fruits in the flavor -- pineapple is definitely apparent, and that makes this a bit more intriguing... but it’s still fairly, well, standard. Definitely decent. But not great.

Pours cloudy like grapefruit juice, no head. Smell is hoppy citrus and floral, taste is very crisp, a bit juicy, grapefruit and pine. Fuller bodied. Reminds me a lot of Zombie Dust. Great beer.

Hazy gold, beige head. Aroma of pine and citrus, some malt, but mostly a wallop of citrusy hops. Taste is great, very well balanced. This is the kind of IPA I could drink all day long, okay maybe not sitting at 7.5, but I could definitely have several and then several more the next day.

Another above exemplary PNW IPA yet another reason for me to branch out. Golden color. Fruity hop aroma, and flavor is very citrusy though a little lacking in malt balance. Alcohol a little too detectable for 7.5%.

Cloudy pour with very nice lacing. Smells of hoppy citrus and fruit. Very nice aroma. Taste falls flat with bitterness with little flavor. Maybe a liitle too much malt? Big promise up front but couldn't quite deliver overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Way citrus aroma--lemon, honey. almost no head, hazy orange yellow body. Feels right in the mouth--slight heft, a carbonated sizzle. Flavor also citrus with substance more tart than bitter, enough sweet to keep it from running away. alcohol well hidden.
