COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chocolate Espresso Stout
This rich, creamy stout combines three of our favorite things; espresso, beer and chocolate! Boneyard and Backporch Coffee Roasters have collided to create a very flavorful and aromatic ale, using a cold extraction method. Breakfast or dinner....it’s up to you!! Just don’t let your boss sniff yer coffee cup!!

Dark sasparilla body with ultra pillowy ovaltine colored head. Chocolatey, musty malt aroma interrupted by some old shoe. The flavor actually transcends the inconsistencies of the aroma by offering up a full chocolate ovaltine and malt flavor that would pair well with poutine and cheese.

A good Stout, and the best thing I have tried from Boneyard so far. I look forward to more.

On tap. Nearly black, with a slight tan head that was gone by the first sip. Somewhat oily and slick, but medium-bodied and very drinkable. Flavor of coffee, roasted malt, cereal, and a hint of bittersweet chocolate. Delicious.

Tap @ Boneyard... Poured dark brown with a thin, off-white head. Some big cocoa tones here and hints of pressed coffee. Roasted malts made a presence with a nice mild palate and suitable body for the drying finish.

Clear dark brown color/ tan sheen. Dark roast malt, mocha coffee aromas. Light to medium bodied. Sugared and creamed up coffee flavors with mild chocolate, smooth easy finish with no bite--too smooth and slick---decent

Huge roast aroma with complex notes of chocolate, big espresso, leather, tobacco and vanilla with just a slight hint of resin and citrus from hops. Nearly opaque with ruby edges, frothy and short-lived dark tan head. Medium caramel and chocolate sweetness with medium-low resin bitterness. Medium body, decent carbonation. Balanced attack, bitterness most apparent through middle and finishes long, astringent and a bit dry. The great thing about this beer is that it will never make you too tired to have another one. If you love your espresso and you love your beer, you will love this.
