onceblind (2642) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 1, 2013

Black in color with a very roasty nose of bittersweet cocoa nibbs, a slight kick of vanilla, and roast. Flavor was semi-sweet with a bitter roastiness, bittersweet cocoa, and a dry chocolatiness that had a bit too much carbonation. Not as pleasant to drink as I had hoped. Kinda weird and too roasty.
