COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
PINK-I*: Fruit-beer haters tried to talk us out of this one, but we wanted a “training wheels” IPA to bring some of the wheat fans along to the joys of hoppiness. We started with an IPA recipe using the Falconer’s Flight from Hop Union. Just as we began crashing the fermentation, 84lbs of raspberry puree from Oregon Fruit was added. After substantial conditioning/clearing time, we released this just in time for the Pink Colorado unveiling party. The aroma is all raspberry, and so is the initial hit on your palette. The finish of the beer, and the ABV (6.5%+), however, is all IPA.

Draught at COBF. Hazy copper color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, caramel, raspberry, hops and a bit of pine. Bitter finish with citrus, raspberry and hops. Good IPA, although one is surely enough for one day.

On tap at Colorado Plus poured a hazy reddish amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of raspberry, bread and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of raspberry, bread and light citrus with a crisp dry bitter lingering raspberry finish.

Salmoniform (540) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - JUN 6, 2014
Poured from tap to glass at the brewery. Hazy pinkish straw hue with white head. Aroma is raspberry, straw, medicinal, pine, cardboard. Mouthfeel is decent with medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry raspberry up front with harsh astringent following and oxidized finish. Overall this is all over the place and doesn’t work. Suffers from oxidation and a medicinal off flavor.

Plechovka. Tmava zlata farba. Pena biela, ale velmi rychlo opadla. Vo voni citit ovocie, najma maliny a cerveny grapefruit. Chut opal sladka, malinova s vyroznou horkou dochutou. Prekvapujuce pivo!

Can. Aroma is fruity, with hops playing a role, but feels right. Complex, hard to pick apart. Hazy orangeish golden colour. Taste is very well balanced, with raspberry playing out nicely with the hops. Very good.

Dohny (207) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - APR 17, 2014
Poured from can courtesy of Mattew. Hazy yellow color with small white head. Citrusy aroma of hops. Raspberry in flavor are barely evident due to strong hop citrusy, grapefruit zest taste. Bitterness dominates in taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at GABF 2013, raspberry aroma, taste is like raspberry and bug spray, not good.

Tap - cloudy grapefruit color - nose is mostly the fruit - sweet flesh, as well as some bitter, almost funky fruit skin and seed notes - flavor kind of tastes like bitter grapefruit, as the hops wash out the raspberry character, leaving only an innocuous fruitiness - light funkiness and a kind of cheesy hop note before a bitter, peppery, chalky finish - meh.
