Bottle green, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours bright pale opaque hazy yellowish body with betterhead than in ’Bonner Pils’. I’ve never seen such a bright looking European Strong Lager, on the other hand head looks quite nice, foamy to frothy even with some fair lacing. head is white in colour and mostly diminishing after some time. Body looks thin in density.
Aroma: Chalky, graphite and this is almost exclusively here, again like in ’Bonner Pils’ mineral nose, metal, rust, a hint of rainwater. Stronger in aroma and more pronounced than in ’Bonner Pils’. Diacetyl notes. What is to be prised is perfectly hidden alcohol.
Flavour: The same type of flavour as in ’Bonner Pils’ apart from the stronger alcoholic accent and stronger gravityot the beer, so more malted barley. Here body is light to medium, alcohol is not repulsive, hoppy content is very low resulting that hops is on ingredient. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation is medium on palate, finish feel is lightly alcoholic, mineral watter, rather flat.

Bottle from meeting in Zywiec. At first: I prefer beers from little independent breweries, because these beer have soul. Golden color, grassy aroma. Flavor is malty at first, but then can feel hoppy tones. Interesting.
