Poured from a 1 L bottle and shared with friends. Very dark in color. Thin head. Roast coffee with a slight sour smell. Roast coffee taste is over poured by the sour finish. Cold sour coffee sums this up

Pungent burnt coffee and american cigarette aroma. (I quit 3 years ago hence the high rating on aroma:)) Almost black color with a dimishing tan head. Very carbonated. The first thing I noticed was a sour taste followed by burnt bitter dark chocolate. Left an odd aftertaste and my mouth felt like I had been smoking while drinkin the beer. Not what I expected based on the aroma and appearance.

Actually more brown than black and less black than brown...and not too thick either. Head starts out well but cannot be retained. Aroma of smoke, charcoal and coffee. A cold cup of coffee with a sour bitter finish. Tell the waiter I want a cup from a fresh pot.
