This is Thoprock made with homegrown hops. Hops that went form the vine to the brew kettle in under an hour. Why the rush? Fresh hop flavor dissipated over time. So what are you waiting for? Drink it now!

This one has a pleasant aroma and a smooth flavor. The flavor is yeast dominated with a good amount of malt. The herbal hops add complexity rather than steal the show. At times boozy but a good one imo.
