On tap @ Mikkeller Bar. Pours clear reddish Pink, with a small rosa head. Aroma : so fruity!! Jam, marmelade, you really get the raspberries, fruity sweet, Iron, some minerals, actually it also smells like strawberries or just ripe mixes red berries, faint dusty notes, fruity sweetness, did I mention that it smells fruity? Light acidic notes, pretty hard carbonation, medium feel, Taste: raspberries, very fruity, fruity bitterness, but quite mellow, sweetness, red berries, jam, acidic notes, but quite balanced, some Brett, some dusty notes. Could do with some more funk!

Paid $10.99 at the Lebanon Co-Op. Poured into a Champagne Flute at 50 Degrees F A - Poured no head at all typical of a lambic. Tons of great bottom to top bubbles coming up. It’s a very rasberry-esque color but with a far deeper hue. S - bready, sour and lots of berries. Naturally, tons of rasberries but also some blueberries in here as well as kiwi. T - Wow. this Lambic is extraordinary sour. It’s more sour than a long shot over the Kriek Boon beer I usually buy. Very tart, very delicious but almost too sour for me M - Light, tons of carbonation on the swish which brings out a lot of sour O - This is a great lambic. I think the price is a big high for the taste. If it were $7-9, I’d give it a higher rating.

Bottle from Nwaf in hotel. Pours dark red with pink foamy head. Tart raspberry aroma on the nose, quite a bit of hay brett flavour, some sourness at the end and lashings of fruit. Well balanced.

Pours a dark red wine color with very little head. Has a tart cranberry taste with a weird buttery mouth feel. Cranberry aftertaste.

Lovely. Possibly not for everyone, but I adore it. And I have to use atleast 85 characters.
