Pours deep burgundy color with a slight fizz to it. Aroma is strong raspberry with some mineraly and funky notes. Flavor is a light sweetness with a nice dry funk. Obviously raspberries and malty. Body is light and refreshing with a slight spritz.

Pours a redish amber. Nose is fresh rasberry juice, horse blanket, barnyard, must, no malts, tartness. Taste us rasberries, barnyard funk, woods, and medium tartness to give it a wonderful balance. thin and light on the palate. so great. not extremely sour like other examples and still very fruity. Such a great lambic.

Beautiful clear garnet pour with a small offwhite, pink hued head. The aroma is bursting with fresh raspberry puree, raspberry seeds, mild funk, and acidic tartness. The flavor holds an awesome funk profile that combines hay, must, and a vibrant acidity in excellent proportions. The raspberry flavors are huge and hard hitting. Medium to full bodied palate with low, fine bubbled effervescence and a dry finish. Delicious.

375ml cork&cage bottle. Red-brown hue, cloudy with large pieces of sediment at the bottom. Pink frothy head diminishes to a thin ring fairly quickly. Raspberry cherry and cheese aromas are a constant with transient mushroom, wood, smoke, hay, and tobacco notes. Nice balanced sweet & sour flavour. Medium body, lightly syrupy texture, soft carbonation, long finish, astringent then velvety. Different, interesting, enjoyable.

Way better than the normal kriek. Quit sour, not too sweet, lots of raspberries and some nice funk. Good beer and very drinkable.

Pours reddish brown with a pinkish head. Falvour is raspberries and light sour. Flavour is sour raspberries, sweet notes, dry, and light barnyard.

Pouring at Night of the Funk on the Friday night of Belgian Beer Fest in Boston. Pours a clear ruby color with a thin white head. Raspberry jam, super sweet, fruit and seeds. Bright raspberry aromas, but definitely not balanced. Not as sweet as I had expected actually, tart acid and a touch of vinegar to balance. Tastes like soda on the finish, with some bitter tannins.
