Framboise Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wildcherries (5%)are used for this Lambic beer. Framboise Boon is the missing link between beer and wine and is served chilled in flute glasses. NO artificial sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives or colouring agents. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

Aromat - dziki, winny. Wygląd - cienka piana, szybko się zanika. Kolor - głęboki rubin, zero zmętnienia. Smak - zdecydowana przewaga lambika nad maliną. Smak malinowy bardzo subtelny. Odczucie w ustach "dzikie", winne mało malinowe w porównaniu do Lindemansa. Nieźle huknęło przy otwieraniu ale nie jest powalająco wysycone.

375ml bottle at home from drinkstore. 2012 vintage. Pours cherry Red with reddish ringed head. Aroma is cherry, strawberry, tannin. Raspberry, white wine, cherry dry finish. Carbonation is lively and gives the cherry a real lift on the finish. Nice balanced and fruit heads off the sourness.

Bottle, vintage 2013. Pours red, with a big pink creamy head, receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart berries, with raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants, as well as some tannins and earthy notes of brett. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart raspberries, blackcurrants and wooden notes, as well as some light funky bretty notes. A bit too light on the acidity, but nice fruity tartness and very good drinkability.

250ml bottle. pours a hazy...raspberry colour with dark pinkish light purple. aroma is full of berries. lovely fresh raspberry, strawberries (yeah i know there are none in it), cherries and tart apples. really nice sweet and sour fruit in the taste all at the same time. pretty sour and dry at first but it does finish a little sweeter. easy drinking.

Bottle at home. Hazy dark red with dark pink head. Dough, twigs, cherry, raspberry, cherry pits, dry musty cellar, hay. But weird at first but the raspberries and other red fruits cut through very nicely but they’re almost overwhelmed by the hay-like notes. Light sweet with medium sourness going into cobweb finish... Medium bodied. I quite like it, it’s very different from other raspberry lambics, a bit less fruity and more hay/twigs but not bad at all.

Awesomeness....like a raspberry fruit champagne with barnwood notes. May be too carbonated for style but the fact it was fruity and dry made it great. Syrupy carbonation is lke cherry cola, this is opposite with brite cherry raspberry notes and flavors with a nice malt oak wheat backbone! Perfect.

Pours dark red with a fast diminishing head. Strong aroma, dominated by raspberries and some notes of wood and raspberry-sourness. Flavor is moderate sour, heavy raspberry,a bit sharp. Nice
