Bottled. Looks like raisins in a blender, with a tiny white head. Sour aroma with raspberry and strawberry, some sweet watermelon there as well. Taste bery "berryish" with a grapefruit finish.

UPDATED: MAY 4, 2008 Bottle. # 400 Belgium [Courtesy of Ungstrup, thanks buddy] Average fizzy white head that mostly diminishing. Muddy reddish brownish colour. Good display of lacework. Aroma of barnyard, soap, perfume, sour fruit and wheat. Over the palate came lovely mix of sour and sweet fruity notes. Full bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sour and sweet flavour. Imagineering sour fruity finish.

Bottle. Average fizzy reddish head that mostly lasted. Left a fair display of lacework. Hazy looking reddish color. Aroma of raspberry, almost cherry like, citrus, fresh apple, vinegar, earth like and dusty notes as well. Medium bodied with a sticky texture and average carbonation. Light sweet flavor with moderated acidic. Light dry and sour raspberry finish. Quit nice.

Rich deep pinky orange. Sharp but fruity raspberry aroma. Rich tart lambic body, crisp and sharp against a soft mellow light grain backdrop. Could easily be sourer and still very drinkable.

Bottle (2005): Poured a murky red with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet raspberry. Taste is somewhat sour raspberry, not overwhelming but leaves a nice berry on the tongue.

Pours red/amber with fast fading head. Reaks of raspberries and syrup. Mouthfeel is sweet and dry, more like a cider. I actually tried this next to a non-alcoholic cider and it was pretty close with the expception of less sweetness and the dryness. The wife really enjoyed this one and I was surprised by how much I liked it. A nice balance of sweet and dry.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy, medium ruby-pink color; thin, light pink head with solid lacing. Funky, webby aroma showing tart raspberries and horseblanket; reasonably funky with a slightly syrupy fruit character underneath. The mouthfeel is significantly sweeter than the aroma suggests: lots of raspberry and strawberry juice, some tart citrus showing through, some funk and a bit of breadiness / sugary warmth; a bit fizzy. Medium finish, showing raspberry juice and funk and zesty citrus.

UPDATED: OCT 5, 2010 Clear, dark amber body with a medium-sized white head with a slight pink tint. Sour raspberry nose with cotton candy, light horseblanket and pineapple. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly sour with lots of raspberries, cheese, melon and citrus rind. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation. Finiish is long and tart with a pithy bitterness.

Boon Framboise Mariage Parfait version. Pre-GTMW tasting @ 1FastSTi’s place. 2000 vintage. Brown with reddish tint and a pinkish head. The aroma is fresh raspberries, horsey and light cheese. The flavor is lightly sweet, tart raspberries and cheese. The mouthfeel is light and lively. 9/4/8/4/16 = 4.1

335 ml bottle. BBE 04.06.2011. Sour raspberry aroma. Ruby mahogany color with some coarse pinkish head. Near medium body with sweet and sour raspberry flavors. Tart and sweet. Almost like a dairy product in flavor. Finishes dry and fruity, with a little sour that goes on. Interesting stuff.
