10.09.2011. 0,375 l Bottle. Vintage 2010. www.vinmonopolet.no. Redish golden colour with pink head!. Very nice smell of raspberry. Sour and very fresh, but also mild and smooth. The raspberry gives this beer a very good flavour without beeing todominant. There is also very good flavours of sour flavours that maybe come from the yeast. Very very good.

0.375l bottle. This one pours a clear dark red, near burgundy body with no head what so ever. Aroma is sweet and sticky, lots and lots of sweet raspberries soaked in sugar syrup, and some hints of lime and something I can only describe as slightly artificial. Lively carbonation, light- bodied and it has a watery to sticky mouthfeel. Quite sour and tart at first, then it gets more and more raspberry-fruity and sweet before something reminding of woody-vanilla suddenly appears in the finish. Ends light watery with a everlasting raspberry-aftertaste. One interesting beer indeed.

A little dull but good fruit. Always a nice change after so many hoppy ales and big dark beers. Mostly dry. It was the 2nd day. The bottle was opened the night before. Seems ok but probably not prime.

Jag tror det egentligen var en Boons Vintage Framoise. Den smakade mer hallon är hallon gör och doftade så intensivt förföriskt att jag föll direkt.

Bottle. Pours a beautiful deep clear cherry-red body with a medium, frothy pink head, vanishing into a shallow pool of bubbles rather quickly. Nose is very pronounced raspberries - they’re all over the place - along with tart lemony hints and subtle tones of sweet cherry. Great aroma; there’s no doubt to what kind of lambic this is. :-) Taste is sweet raspberry up front, then a dive into tart lemon and barnyard funk, before getting back to a more balanced, fruity version of the same raspberry flavor again. Hints of wood, vanilla and brett funk in the aftertaste, along with sweet raspberry once again. Dry finish, as I’ve come to recognize as a signature palate from Boon. A very good framboise, I’d say.

Bottle. Dark red almost purple body, light red head. Aroma of red berries, yeast, and a sour taste of more of the same accompanied by lightly burned wood. Good carbonation and somewhat refreshing finish.

Light pink beer with a sparkling look, and a white head. Strong aromas of raspberries. Taste is a bit to acidic/bitter for me. Very one dimensional taste of raspberries, a bit like wine. There are better lambics out there.

Clear dark red body with a small pale pink head. Nice sweet and sour aroma with lots of rasberries. Nice dry flavour with rasberries.
