3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 AshtonMcCobb (779) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 18, 2011
375ml bottle. Pours a cherry cola colour with some head that disappears quickly though the bubbles continue. The nose is very sour, with cherry and raspberry sorbet notes. The taste is of dry cherry and raspberry. The palate is very long, lean and refreshing. Overall, a great example - a style that is hard to appraise.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Suttree (3765) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 18, 2011
Pours a nice bubbly purple-ish red, with no head. Smells like raspberries, but only faintly. Flavor is a nice mix of raspberry and expected flavors of stone, lemon, and the usual barnyard/funk stuff going on. I liked it...

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 TET (685) - FINLAND - JUL 9, 2011
Beautiful, red beer with a quite waek but lasting pink head. Aroma is very pleasant, lots of real raspberries, some sourness and raspberry jelly. Taste is medium sour, that balanced nicely a strong raspberry taste, home-made raspberry juicy, also drying and bitter raspberry seeds. Medium bodied, slightly sticky, nice to drink. Very pleasant, authentic, tastefull, truly raspberry beer, definedly worth to try, the high quality beer.

Probably my new favorite lambic. Poured a nice ruby red color with little head. Taste is really nice deep raspberry flavor and quite sour. Not overly vinegarous or acidic. Just the right amount of raspberry sweetness to balance the sour. Nice work.
