Red colour, not much head. Aroma is truly raspberries. Taste is fruity, raspberries, gueuze notes and dry moderate sourness in the end.

[Bottle shared at a beer bloggers meeting] As far as I understood this bottle had been stored since 2003. It poured a hazy golden-brownish liquid with a small white head. A nice and sweet lambic with lots of rasberries and other fruits. Nice dessert beer or thirst quencher.

2004 Bottle shared by Todd. Thanks bro. Was hoping this was the sour version, but alas, it was pretty syrupy and sweet. Flavor is very jammy, raspberries and sugar, light oak presence.

Deep ruby red. Very berry type smell, which is strongly raspberry. A little bit sour taste with a aroma rasperry, as you could expect. I truly like this lambic, and recommend the beverage strongly, even the beer is not most complex I’ve ever had.

The beers a vary dark purple, uncharacteristic for a framboise. It really looks like grape juice. The head is light pink, raises about 1 finger and then is gone right away. The lacing is non-existent.
The aroma is all one note with lots of sweetn raspberries. If you try real hard there is a tiny bit of tart.
The taste is very tart of the bat, very sharp flavor and bite.
The beer is very light, it goes right down without much lasting flavor.

Bottle. Hazy reddish body with an off-white head. Aromas are slightly acidic, musty, vinegar, fresh raspberries, brambles. Flavors have some light acidity. Strong raspberry flavor, light funk. Definitely not the acidic assault of real, unmessed up lambics. Although sweetened this beer is not sweet. Light acidity. Tastes like real raspberries. Lively bubbles. A touch sticky.
