COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Framboise Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wildcherries (5%)are used for this Lambic beer. Framboise Boon is the missing link between beer and wine and is served chilled in flute glasses. NO artificial sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives or colouring agents. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

Smells very much of Raspberries and really quite sweet. However, taste a lot dryer and far less sweet. Not my favourite framboise, but very good example never the less.

Red color with a light pink head with short duration. Aroma has fruity notes, mainly berries and cherries. Flavor is slightly sweet with lot of fruit notes, same as aroma: barries and cherries. Slightly acidic mouthfeel in the final.

Une très belle framboise au nez superbe d’élégance et de fruit et à la bouche qui allie la rondeur du fruit à la fraîcheur du lambic, un délice par cette chaleur.

Unclear pink, frothy head. Jammed raspberries, cherries, cellar, light vinegar. Medium sweet and not very sour for a lambic. Impression of a lacking freshness, reinforced by the soft carbonation.

Unclear red with small pink head. A nice and well balanced beer, not as "lambic", more like fruit beer. Nice!

Red color with pink head, looks really nice. Aroma is very fruity with no lambic characteristics. Taste has also none of the lambic specific flavors, just a lot of fruit with moderate tartness. Seems more like a well made fruit beer than a fruit lambic. But overall it’s really enjoyable and easy to drink.

Shared bottle. Pours is dark ruby with thick pink head. Aroma of raspberries, wild berries, tart. Taste is sour, light sweet, not much, ripe rasberries on tongue. Fresh and very drinkable lambic, recomended.
