3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Smells very much of Raspberries and really quite sweet. However, taste a lot dryer and far less sweet. Not my favourite framboise, but very good example never the less.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark red/ruby. Aroma has a cellar like couped up in the bottle like aroma. Sips light to medium bodied with low carbonation. Big raspberry sweetness up front which mellows in the middle to slight tannin like dryness and finishes slightly watery with red fruit lingering. Sour lambic aftertaste is also present. I like this framboise better then lindemens just because of the higher abv..I would recommend though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Holy Grale, served in a footed glass. Pours a clear, bright ruby color with a finger of pink-tinted head. Aroma of cream, sugar, vanilla, sweet raspberry, oak, and soap. Flavor of bigger raspberry, vanilla, oak, earth, and light minerals. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet mouthfeel that finishes dry. Not bad, but the first few sips were definitely the best.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
75cl bottle. Pours a hazed red color with some black floaties. Aromas of smashed raspberries with seeds, raspberry jam. No sourness or funk detected in the nose. Taste is pretty simple... Slightly sweet but with no funk or lactic components. Not sour, not even tart. Just very plain, sugar free raspberry jam taste. Finishes very bland. Itís ok.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rating #4000. Amber-brown, unfiltered body. Opens with a mini-pop...lacks much carbonation, some soda head persists. Big natural raspberry flavors are quite nice, but this isnít cutting it for a lambic..I donít really get any sour tones at all. The cherry tones are apparent once Iíve been enlightened to their existence. Seems to have really suffered from age, no vivacious liveliness. Still an enjoyable beverage, but hard to rate it high. I would still drink this every day of my life. Equal parts raspberry juice and beer. This is what lambic tasted like in the 90s.

1/20/2014. 750 ml. corked and caged bottle. Pours clear red with a short pink head. Aromas are all yeast and raspberry. Not as tart as I would have expected, but with nice fruit flavors and a bitter finish.
