COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Framboise Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wildcherries (5%)are used for this Lambic beer. Framboise Boon is the missing link between beer and wine and is served chilled in flute glasses. NO artificial sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives or colouring agents. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

Good looking burbangy yet clear. Sour nose of funky yeast and berries. Taste is tarte and sweet yet has an odd metallic linger. Enjoyable, but I think I like their kriek better.

A Belgian which is for us not exactly beer. The fruit taste give the beer a somewhat "on the side" impression ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 25cL. Home. Bottled 2 years ago. Best before 2018. A brown red garnet beer with rare bubbles ; ephemeral small head. Light fruity "nose", red beeries(raspberry), acid note, wood, yoghourt. Light sweet, light to medium dry sour. Light body, thin watery texture, soft carbonation, dry fruity lasting finish. Overall, average fruity lambic. Watery.

375 ml bottle. Pours a clear orangeish red with a short lived white head. Aroma is raspberry, oldish, woody. Flavor is raspberry, fruit pulps. Finish is oldish, somewhat fruity. Medium body, very sticky mouthfeel, weak to average carbonation. Excellent!
