Aroma is overwhelmingly framboise. Appearance is clear red with no head at all. Flavor is enjoyable, but nothing special, a hint of raspberries but not that much. Palate is confined to sweet.

Pink labeled bottle, vintage 2008. 6.2% ABV.
Clear, slightly brown red colour, grenadine red. Pinkish head. Aroma of raspberries, very fruity, light candy, lightly tart. Light tart flavour, light acidic, rather sweet, natural raspberries, loads of raspberies. Light astringent raspberry pips, lingering raspberry finish.
Refreshing, delicate, lovely beer for summer evenings.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours reddish brown with a small offwhite head. Aroma of lots of raspberry, little sourness. Taste is rather sweet again with lots of raspberry, little sugar, light sourness. Thin body, lively carbonation, rather dry finish. Sweet, but easy drinking. 160512

A lot of floaties in my bottle, but still nice. A bit more watery than I was expecting but overall pretty solid.

Bottle from Beermerchants.com. Pours clear deep red with a small pinkish head. Inviting aroma of raspberry, sweet and sour. Taste is fruity, dry and sour raspberry, very fresh and easy to like.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2012 Spontanjäst öl med frisk smak av Hallon. Väldigt god trots att det är på gränsen till för söt. 3,7p
Testade även en Vintage Framboise Boon 2004. Frisk vinös, syrlig, välbalanserad med tydlig smak av hallon, vilken lycka. 4,1p

Very nice fruity aroma, but light and inviting. Looks very full, dark red. Very frothy, initially dry and then becoming simply full. Very sour too, but balanced with the sweetness.

Aroma is crisp and sweet, no head when poured. Has a slightly hazy red color. Taste wasn't as exciting as its smell. Very tart at first with a sour finish. Overall it was enjoyable.

37,5cl bottle, hazy red color, minimal white head, cherry and raspberry aroma, citric flavor, light body, finish with cherry notes, I feel more cherries than raspberries
