Tap in The Rake. Looks so beautiful, crystal clear pink goodness, one of the best drinks iv ever seen. Aroma is fresh raspberry jam, lots of the nutty seed character, fairly tart and fresh, the lambic funk is tame. Taste is amazing, fresh raspberry flesh, lots of the seed nuttyness but its fresh and very appealing, the lambic is lightly restrained but thats not a problem as its soo refreshing and infinitly drinkable, slight carbonation is spitzery enough to keep you guessing. Outstanding stuff!

Big thanks to magicdave6 for that one. Deep red in the glass, fruity aroma, also sweet. Starts also very sweet and fruity, raspberry-notes. Becomes then weaker, finish is modest sourish, only little bit fruity, a bit dry. Not my favourite.

Cask at ZBF09. Mild acidic aroma, hint of fruit. Beautiful clear dark red colour. No head. The flavour is slightly sweet, some berry notes. Not sour, only a hint of acid. Berry bitterness in the finish. Quite a mild fruit lambik, but nice enough.

Tap, straight from the barrel @ ZBF 2009.
Pours clear dark red with almost no head. Aroma has light cherries, but there is not much there. Almost flat, just a flicker of carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly tart, good cherries. A touch of sweetness, but otherwise nicely tart and dry.

Aroma: fresh mowed grass, sweaty summer gardening body odor, pot, watermelons, some raspberries
Aroma: like a fruit smoothie--very thick, bright pink, lots of floaties, including hairs from raspberries
Flavor: seedy, stemmy grassy raspberry flavors mixed with fresh mowed grass and "outdoors" in the summer
Palate: smooth, very creamy, nice raspberry afteraste, like eating a beer

Draught @ Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2008. Muddy red with no head and tons of floaties. Aroma has discrete raspberry and fish notes. Sweet flavor with raspberry and off notes. This one went wrong.
