Test vom 12.3.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: -,8,8,8,-,8 - 8,00

Draught at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Cloudy bright red color. Aroma of fresh strawberries (!) and lemon, subtle white pepper. Taste has peppery fruit, tart, dry, bitter finish. Nice.

(draught) pours a hazy ruby colour with lots of floaties and no head. aroma of raspberries and citrus fruits, big notes of vanilla, with notes of butter and straw. flavour is mostly raspberries, with hints of barnyard and lemons and a light to medium sourness that doesn’t quite balance out the sweetness of the raspberries. medium-bodied with no carbonation.

Draught @ ZBF 2011: Red coloured. No head. Loasd of raspberries, earth, sourness, citrus in this beer. Has a medium to full body. Loads of sourness countered by some sweetness from the berries gives a quite delicious and balanced beer. Very nice.

Heaps of delicious raspberry on the nose. Raspberry squash. Like sticking your face in a bowl full of raspberries. Very easy.
