(draught) pours a hazy golden colour with no head. aroma of floral hops and wood, quite buttery and musty, with notes of lactic acid, brown sugar and spring leaves. flavour is grape juice and butter, young cheese and strawberries, slightly sweet, with a light hoppy finish. medium-bodied with no carbonation.

(sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Yellow clear appearance. Funky and cheesy aroma, hints of green apples and white grapes. Woody flavour, hints of cheese and green apples. Wood and apple skin in the finish.

Draught @ Akkurat, Stockholm: Golden coloured. Hazy. Very small head. Has a earthy and sour aroma. Some fruits and imo a little too sweet. Flavour is earthy, acidic and very sour. End a quick and has some fruit notes. Is a little dull in comparison with others off the style

Cloudy tan colour. Diacetyl and caramel aroma. Slightly tart, with hints of nuts. Off-dry finish with caramel notes.

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden. Cloudy deep golden. Cellar, lime and apples in the aroma. A little citric. Woody in flavour. Very clean and simple but flavourful.

Amber of color, no head. An aroma of apples and hints of sweets. A flavor with notes of oak and grapefruit, no sweets and got a dry finish.

Cloudyvamber with no head. Sour aroma with apples, wood and barnyard. Sour flavour with sour apples, barnyard, wood and brett. Finished sour.

Party keg at De Nacht van de Grote Dorst 2010. Cloudy golden - no head. Again high cheese in a jonge lambic, smooth wooden, oakey, acid, hay, light barnyard, bretty, apples. Too much cheese.

[Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm] A hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of strawberries. The flavor is flat (as it is supposed to be) and fruity with notes of strawberries. Where is the sourness?
