Fizzy, lightly pink head. Although the beer was more than 20 years old, the head was quite large, but disappeared fully after a while. Murky red body. Cherry aroma. Lightly sweet, heavily acidic, very well-balanced initial flavour. Lightly sweet, moderately bitter (long) finish. Light to medium bodied. Lively carbonation.

This is a bit aged, but still good for another two decades. Funky bold, a white head on creamy yellow with active bubbles. By itself. Oal, sour, very drinkable and satsifying.
