omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden May 19, 2004 Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. (5.0%)
Clear deep red, small pink head. Balsamic cherry aroma. Acidic and dense, with notes of cobweb and vinegar. Less fruity than Drie Fonteinen and Girardin’s kriekemlambics, and I miss the extra dimension they have. But then unblended lambics change more from barrel to barrel than any other type of beer I know of... joergen (6240), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 3, 2007 Draught at weekend of spontanious fermentation.
