Bue en bouteille de 75cl. Très bien faite, nez thym grillé, agréable à boire même si ce n’est vraiment mon style de bière.

Bottle. Hay, grains, lots of herbs and yeast, light dry corn, lemon, some funk/barnyard. Quite sour but not overdone, with à touch of sweetness and dry light bitter finish. Lively carbonation. Very decent gauze. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, vintage 2010. Pours light hazy dark yellow, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart fruity lemon peel, wooden brett, and light funky notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is apple cider vinegar, horseblanket and notes of brett. Lingering tart, astringent finish. Nice, mellow and very drinkable.

Nose of citrus, florals, and oak while the pour produces a cloudy golden peach hue with a white ring and no lacing. Citrus sourness is dominate on the tongue, but a nice earthiness, and oak are also present. Dry finish. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Fizzy mouthfeel. In summary an excellant example of a Gueuze. Very well balanced and extremely enjoyable.

375ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of funkiness, some light tartness, pale malts, hints of light spices and fruits. Flavor the same with a nice blend of the tartness/sourness. Average texture. A solid beer.
