Lightly clouded, golden yellow, ample white head. Dry apple, light strawberry, hay. Quite sour, hints of sweetness. Medium-light body, quite a bit of carbonation, high acidity make for a very active mouthfeel. Long finish, very dry. Quite good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Judging by the other reviews I think the bottle I had must have been off. It was so tart and sour it was actually unpleasant. Had a very acidic smell to it too.

Bottle. Aroma of Lemon, and apple with Wooden notes. The flavour is moderat sour and finish dry. The body is light and the texture is watery. Lively carbonation.

Bottle from 2010. Tulip glass. Really enjoyed this bottle. Very aromatic. Heavy on lactic acid. Tart and a little hit sour. A little fruity. Full mouthfeel. Long finish. Really nice.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, borostyán szín. Illata savanykás, animális aromákkal vagyítve. Íze savanyú, frissítő citrom, animális, a brettanomyces és pedicoccus alkotta jegyekkel. Keserűje minimális. Utóíze a korty folytatása.

Just a little bit too tart for my taste. The brettanomyces yeast flavors are somewhat drowned in the sour body unable to lift the brew up to higher grounds.

Bottle, 37,5cl, Den Herberg. In Oud Beersel tasting glass. Pours light orange, slightly hazy. Faint horse farm nose, light lactid, lemony flavor. Balanced, multidimensional tartness. Some green apple tartness. Refreshing and good.
