I like the cherry version of this one better, but this is good as well. Hazy pale golden color. Quickly subsiding white head. Little lacing left behind. Funky aroma mixed with lemon and leather. Taste is a tart, sour blend of the same.

Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma is cheese, horse blanket, lemon, must, lactic. Taste is pretty tart up front, sharp, tangy, funky with must, goes to sour lemon juice then turns to a more lemon and orange zest fast and finishes nice and dry. Very good geuze.

Nice orange colour, with a medium/big head, stable. As I opened the bottle, soon came a lemon smell, nicely intense and already refreshing, smell reveals also lactic acid notes, earth. Taste is lemon too, with a very well balanced tartness, wood notes, a good bitterness too. Very refreshing, especially in a hot day like when I drank it. Dry mouthfeel. Great example of gueuze.

2010 750ml->tulip. Cloudy orange-gold with minimal white head. A: mildly tart and funky yeast and grains. T: same, with somewhat more pronounced citrus tart and barnyard funk. Good.
