(2008) Yellow color. Very lively--like champagne. Intense Brett (barnyard) & fruit aroma. Tastes of brett, almost more like a wine than beer. Tart & refreshing--hints of lemon, peach, maybe slight bubblegum. Alcohol about 8%, but not really noticeable due to so many other flavors going on. Yeasty dregs at bottom of bottle. If you havenít tried it, itís worth seeking out to find out what lambic is all about.

Just a plain good Geuze. Bitter, sour as a Geuze should be. Compared to itís competitors (Girardin, Hanssens, ...) not the best, but a good compromise for a slightly cheaper beer

May í16. A 0.375 l bottle, 2012 vintage. It poured a hazy orange body with big head atop. Very nice crisp aroma of sour apple touched with lemon. Flavor was quite sour, too, but very balanced, so it was not overwhelming or offensive. Wood aging gave its share in it, also its fruitiness, apple, peach, lemon, some berries; quite complex. Medium in body with a long, sour and tart apple finish. Reminded me of Basque ciders, just more mature and rounded. A rich, nice fruity Lambic - calming, slowly enjoyed brew.
