(2008) Yellow color. Very lively--like champagne. Intense Brett (barnyard) & fruit aroma. Tastes of brett, almost more like a wine than beer. Tart & refreshing--hints of lemon, peach, maybe slight bubblegum. Alcohol about 8%, but not really noticeable due to so many other flavors going on. Yeasty dregs at bottom of bottle. If you haven’t tried it, it’s worth seeking out to find out what lambic is all about.

Pours golden with small head. Aroma is sourish, cellar, mould, light chokeberry, citrus. Taste is quite same, mould, sourness, dry, berries, chokeberry. Very good beer!

Rocznik 2011. Aromat: Kolendra, dzikość, białe winogrona. Wygląd: Ciemne złoto, delikatna piana. Smak: Bardzo przyjemny kwas, który wraz z owocową słodyczą tworzy wspaniały pierwszy plan. Nuty znane z aromatu wychodzą w akompaniamencie cytrusu w tle. Niezwykle orzeźwiające i pijalne piwo, warte spróbowania.

Cloudy to orange. Moderate frothy white head. Fades to a layer on beer. Well lacing. The aroma is wild and funky. Horse blanket, leather, fruity yeast. Minimal vinegar. Light to medium body. Well carbonated. The taste is dry. Light to medium fruity acidity. Yeast. Funky. Apples, champagne. Light zesty bitterness. Very good.

Just a plain good Geuze. Bitter, sour as a Geuze should be. Compared to it’s competitors (Girardin, Hanssens, ...) not the best, but a good compromise for a slightly cheaper beer

May ’16. A 0.375 l bottle, 2012 vintage. It poured a hazy orange body with big head atop. Very nice crisp aroma of sour apple touched with lemon. Flavor was quite sour, too, but very balanced, so it was not overwhelming or offensive. Wood aging gave its share in it, also its fruitiness, apple, peach, lemon, some berries; quite complex. Medium in body with a long, sour and tart apple finish. Reminded me of Basque ciders, just more mature and rounded. A rich, nice fruity Lambic - calming, slowly enjoyed brew.

Pours clear orange amber with flat head. Aroma of apple, green grapes, bretta, grass, elderflower. Taste is gently tarty with a lot of fruit sweetness before a funky and tarty finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.

Good one! Nicely sour with pleasant lively carbonation. Flavor has good funky overripe fruit and vinegar. Finish is dry.
