Hazy golden with a perfect head. The aroma is sour and full of wild yeast, while the flavours are initially acid and sour going into yeast, wood and grape.

I agree with the Commercial Description: ’’sparking and refreshing¨. If I wasn´t sparked up enough, I had the pleasure to try this with Duff in some pub under London Bridge on southside the name of which is not so important right now. Tart and the bit of the blue cheeze that´s been sitting in the olive juice on the snack tray and all the Jatz are gone so I´ve gone and used my unwashed hands straight to the mouth despite the rags I may or may not be on right now. Beautiful geuze, beautiful company.

Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Sour apples, peaches, and soem vinegar in the aroma. Sharp, funky taste up front. Sweeter, peach taste towards the back with a mascarpone finish. Light, tart, but enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden body, little/none white head. Aroma of wood, apple and vinegar. Watery texture. The flavor is bitter and acidic, but not as much as I like. I don’t like the bitter finish. It’s more bitter than sour, and I don’’t think, that the 8% alcohol brings some extra good to the beer.

Drinking the 2004 version. Had this beer many times before, but this time finding more depth of honey, honey dew, horse blankets, hay, cherries, peache cobbler. There is an underlying malty sweetness to the beer that sits back to the upfront sourness. It is an approachable lambic for the uninitated, but not timid by any means. The sourness just lingers subtly at the end. Not over the top, but gentle with great complexity. How I want a lambic to be.

HIgh carbonation. Pale yellow pour with a fizzy two finger off-white head. Dulled light fruit aroma with a funky zest. Watery funkiness in the taste along with some hay and lime with a hint of alcohol.
