COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Geuze, a mixture of old and young Lambic. The young Lambic is added to cause a refermentation in the bottle making for a delightfully sparkling and dry beer that has been likened, in all seriousness, to Champagne.

Looks like champagne as I poured it from the bottle. It’s got a big fluffy head but unlike champagne it lingers. Massive aroma of yeast and other unrecognizable smells. Sour on the tongue with a hint if sweetness. Finishes with a moderate amount of linger.

Bottle at Redlight Redlight. Clear gold pour (until I dumped the yeast dregs in toward the end) with a fluffy white head. Tart citrus nose with funk and a bit of a peppery note. Funky flavor with pepper, lemon and aggressive sourness. A bit of a thin finish, but other than that a solid sour.

Orange, white head. Lemon and white grape aroma, tart berries, hay, funk, herbal notes. Light bubbly body, more white grape, berry, moderate tartness. Some lemon comes forward in the midpallate, becomes sweaty and horseblankety, mildly bitter finish with hay.\
