500ml bottle thanks to Jason. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is dusty fruit with some grapes and apricot. The flavor is a sweet and dry Gueuze; some dust, oak, light tartness, vanilla, smooth and funky. Very easy to drink. Nice.

Pours cloudy deep golden/orange with a white head. Aroma has notes of funk, tart and some fruitiness. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy.

375 ml bottle, pours cloudy topaz w/ foamy white head, aroma of lemon curd and must, super tart and dry with a spritzy mettali finish, very refreshing and tasty

750 ml corked and caged bottle from Local Market Basket. Golden hazy poor with huge soap like head that disputes quick. Little lace in the shaker glass. Steady carbonation, much like champagne. Sour green apples and funk in the nose. Taste is much the same with a bit of Brett in there as well. Mild oak notes. Real dry finish. I’m not an expert in this style but I would say this is decent stuff. A good sipper.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a rather lively head. Musty aroma. Pronounced tartness with a yeasty aftertaste. Quite prickly.

Hazy, dark-yellow liquid with minimal head. Aroma of alcoholic fruits, medium bitterness intensifies as we get close to the finish, citruses, yeast and spices. Alcoholi, a bit champagne-like taste. One of the best lambics in my opinion.

Pater Marcus, Budapest. Ködös, kissé narancsosan sárga szín, tetején pezsgős fehér hab. Illata citrusosan savanykás, kissé fűszeres és gyümölcsösen komlós. Íze is csak halványan malátás, a fűszeres, narancsos-citromos erős savanyúság szinte teljesen egyeduralkodó benne, de mégis ez egyáltalán nem bántó, és egy fehérboros-pezsgős jelleggel is bír. Testes, pezsgősen szénsavas, száraz és ajakeltüntetően savanyúúú. Ízlett, jó dolog ez a lambic.

At gueuze tasting. Very good appearance, gold with frothy sticky white head. Aroma is funky, relatively mild, some green pepper, subtle. Taste is funky, good sour finish but not too intense, pretty tame gueuze overall. Palate is bone dry and as classic as it gets.
