COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Geuze, a mixture of old and young Lambic. The young Lambic is added to cause a refermentation in the bottle making for a delightfully sparkling and dry beer that has been likened, in all seriousness, to Champagne.

Pours a super foamy, pillowy, into a lacing beige head with a hazy golden body. Aromas of lemongrass and a slight funk. Flavors of bitter lemon rind and some funk. Finish is dry and bitter.

C: Typical gueuze colour. Smells sour, but not in a likable way to me. Tastes pretty okay, well balanced. Better mouthfeel than most gueuze beers.

30/06/2011 375ml bottle (vintage 2004-2005). Degustazione da Birra+. Ambrata chiara, lievemente torbida, buona schiuma biancastra, abbastanza persistente. Aroma intenso acidulo, con note agrumate di limone e di pane. In bocca è morbida, acida ma non eccessiva, con belle note agrumate di limone. Corpo medio, buona carbonazione. Geuze abbastanza elementare e morbida ma assolutamente equilibrata e godibile.

(2009 bottle, no cork) Everything in this Geuze is a bit too friendly and approcable , I want Geuze to melt my brain in harsh sour vibes , the best do,. Nose is alive in lemony ,green appley, earthy, hay ,honey. A short lived head above subdued orange color. Its sweeter than I like in Geuze . Brett is reserved but there. A shy example of such a cool style.

Lansdale Brew Fest 2011. Horseblanket aroma. Light gold color with some head. Beer coated tongue with tart funkiness. Dry and airy on the mouthfeel. Tasted more like carbonation than anything else. A good sipper in small quantities.

Hazy orange color. Smell is sour but ’wrong’. Hints of mint coming through. Don’t know exactly what it is but it’s not completely ’pure sourness’. Taste is nicely sour though, very well balanced. Palate great.
