4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 bluejacket74 (640) - Reynoldsburg, Ohio, USA - JUN 10, 2011
12 ounce bottle. I think the stamp on the back label means best before 06.08.2027. Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours a hazy golden color with about a 2 inch frothy white head. The head sticks around for a long time, but there isn’t much lacing left behind on the glass. Aroma is hay, funk, apple vinegar, and a bit of lemon. I think the taste is the same as the aroma, it’s nice and tart and funky. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s well carbonated and also has a dry finish. I think it’s a good overall brew, I’d buy this one again.

37.5cl bottle. Very loud pop at opening but no gushing luckily. Pours clear golden with a huge foamy white head. Aroma is little tart, funky, lemony and a bit earthy. Taste is sweet-sour, very funky, grassy-citrusy notes. Definite bitterness in the end. Quite dry finish. Not very acidic. Medium bodied, huge carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 RexTalionis (591) - FINLAND - JUN 5, 2011
Shared bottle at Kaisla, Helsinki. Poured clear goldenbronze in colour with whitish foamy head. Quite sour vinegar in aroma. Sticky barnyard aroma. Flavour on the other hand is really smooth compared to what aroma suggested. Flavour is a blend between sour apples and some sweet perries. Leaves a quite sour vinegar and rhubarb finish.

Bottle shared at Øl og matfestivalen. Light orange/golden color, big white head. Aroma of berries, yeast, malt, taste is very close to champagne, fruity with apples and a lively spark. Good bitterness to finish it off

Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is sour apple and malts. Flavor is not quite as sour as most lambics but still quite sour. Very enjoyable.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 drowland (3568) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAY 15, 2011
3/15/11. Hazy orange pour with a giant fluffy white head that cuts in half instantly but laces a bit. Fruity, funky aroma that reminds of a saison in a way. Slightly tart flavor upfront that lingers with a hint of lemon peel and green-ish bitterness. Not bad.
