Bottle - Pours a cloudy darkish amber in color with a very champagne-like foamy white head that fades to just cover the beer. Aroma is malty with plenty of a Belgian-like yeastiness.... character of wine apparent... with some fruitiness (citrus). Flavor is quite acidic with citrus being the dominant characteristic. Some yeastiness. A bit too sour for my tastes, but quite complex and good...

25cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a large, frothy and creamy off-white head. Aroma is sour and moderate bittery. In the flavour maintain the sourness, with vinegar hints and slight traces of red fruits. Carbonation is lively. Body is light to medium.

Bottle enjoyed at home
Golden, big white head. Smells of funky brett, some fruits, earthy notes and some farm smells. Also a quite distinct burned rubber. Quite malty flavor, some sweetness and quite dominant acid sourness. Alot of nice tart tones. Some nice bitterness in the end

Bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours slightly hazy orange with a white head. Basement aromas with citrus, sour fruits, tart and yeast. Very refreshing, acidic and fruity with a dry and slightly sour finish.

Bottle at home. 2009-2010 vintage. Pale slightly hazy orange amber, massive white head eventually subsides leaving some lacing and a fingers worth of foam. Nose is beautifully sour - green apples, hint of balsamic vinegar, some sherbet, sour grapes. Palate is bone dry, vinous, sherbet fizz, slightly earthy also. Finish is sour and acidic but not massively tart. Nice.

37,5 cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. ABV 7%. Pours cloudy golden with a big creamy off-white head. Sour grape aroma, green apples as well. Taste is very dry and acidic, fruity green fresh apples.Lasting sour and acidic end, this one hit the spot for me.

Aroma: floral, basement aromas
Apperance:clear golden yellow with a rich head.
Taste: light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, fruity.
Palate: light body, fizzy, dry.
Overall: A really nice geuze, try it!

500ml bottle thanks to Jason. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange color with a thick white head. The aroma is dusty fruit with some grapes and apricot. The flavor is a sweet and dry Gueuze; some dust, oak, light tartness, vanilla, smooth and funky. Very easy to drink. Nice.
