Half-hazy orange, medium white head. Arom aof pineapple, apple, cinnamon. Taste very balanced, a bit subtle. The finish is long but gest a bit too disturbed for me by it’s grapefruit flavour. I don’t like grapefruit.

Aug 21, 2008 2003-2004 season. This is wonderfully dry and sour. Great sipper because of the afertaste. If Geuze is for you, this is a cheap and easily attainable offering.

Aug 18, 2008 Right. How can I seriously rate a beer that smells like vomit? This just isn’t my style I guess. Lots of sour flavours, but none of them nice. I have another bottle left, perhaps the rating will be adjusted after the next one.

Aug 4, 2008 Io non sono imparziale quando voto le gueuze, è uno stile che mi piace decisamente troppo; mi ero ripromesso di dare un voto meno alto a questo prodotto di Boon in quanto mi è sembrato un pochetto più "ruspante" - fin dal principio - delle altre gueuze da me assaggiate in precedenza. Ma poi mentre finivo la bottiglia mi sono accorto di quanto questo carattere "terrigno" sia personale, pregevole, apprezzabile in sé; non conosco Boon abbastanza da formulare un giudizio sulla sua produzione in generale, ma questa gueuze mi lascia ben sperare.

Aug 2, 2008 Slightly hazy, orange color with quite big and big bubbly, cloudy white head. Pours with big head but it vanishes to medium which stays long. Aroma is sour, fruity, yeasty with vanilla. Flavor is sour, dry, fruity and acidic. Palate is carbonated and sticky.
