Finally can taste some sourness, thought I couldn’t pick it up anymore. Red body with little head, Get a lot of oak in the nose and the taste is quite tart , dry and a lot of cherries.

Deep red beer with meidum pink head. Sour aroma with sweet cherries to balance it. Sour woody flavor with somewhat unatural cherries and typical brett notes. Finishes dry and lacks complexity.

My first REAL lambic. Pours a blood red color that is clean and has some sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Head is fizzy and pink. Smells of cherries and some barnyard funk. Taste is funky sour, sweet, and of cherries and wheat. Personally I have not yet acclumated my palate with the taste of wild yeast but I can still tell this is a quality brew.

Pours a hazy ruby hue witha small pink/white head. Nose of sour cherry, yeast, champaign and mild other red fruits. Initial taste of fizzy tart cherry which dominates the palate leaving this very one dimensional. Mild tartness on the sides of the mouth. Finish fades quickly with chalky dry finish. Medium body. Enjoyable but looking for more out of this one. $7.99 a bottle.

Bottle from Hopduvel, Gent. Bright, vivid red with a big, pink head. Strong, tart cherry aroma with yeast and almonds. Flavour had plenty of cherry with a very dry finish. Very good.

375. Pours a deep ruddy brown with a sudsy, bubbly pink froth for a head. Super intense sour cherry nose blasts you from arm’s length, but settles down to a more palatable tart smackeriness after it aerates for a couple minutes. Medium body; tingly, almost fizzy carb. Sharp cherry dominates the flavor profile all the way through. Sour lingering finish. Tasty.
