I actually expected it to be sweeter and was pleased at the mildness of the flavor. Hard to compare against other Lambic as this was one of my first. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA

Light pink head, lots of carbonation. Lots of lambic in the aroma.. Sour, aggressive and funky... lots of flavours going on here. I can’t help but thinking that the cherries have mellowed over the years. Really dry throughout. Still puzzled over this beer style... bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA

Huge vinegaretee and baby corn aroma. Cloudy faded red/pink in color with a two finger thick pink-tinted head. Fore is tart with lots of sour cherry, msg laden baby corn and and plenty of funkiness to assure the drinker they have a lambic in their hands. A little less acidic than some lambics I’ve had and a good bit sweeter though there is sourness aplenty. Feels lighter of body than even some fruit beer knock off lambics, but has a pleasant all around drinkability to it.
