Very dry, very puckering. The cherry is restrained. There’s still some pedio. Quite woody. The finish is actually a little thin, a bit alcoholic. The brett has really got this bone dry. joss (3701), Garching b. München, Germany

Neon red, not much carbonation, low soapy white head.

Quite pleasant and yeasy accesible without being too sweet. Ernest (4515), Boulder, Colorado, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2006 This poured with a rich ruby red hue and a large pink head. The aroma is strong lemons and some vinegar. There is also a hint of the flowers, Sweet Williams. The taste is nice and tart with a dry finish. There is some vinegar sourness and a little bit of cherries in the background. This is a little salty. The body is slick and lightly carbonated. A nicely made fruit lambic that is tart and refreshing. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Slightly funky cherry aroma with some vinegar notes. Sweet cherry flavour, with a sour tart finish. Nice stuff. EKGoldings (447), Radford, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 29, 2005 Pours hazy, fruity nose not clearly cherry. Head is lovely but the taste on this one is quite sour, no sugar to balance out. More of an austere styled Kriek which is well made but I prefer the fruit forward versions. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA
